This Form is to be completed by the prospective tenant only (a copy of this form must be completed by each intended occupier over 18 years of age, and guarantors will need to submit a guarantor application form)

By checking this box, you declare that the information you have provided on this form is true and correct, and hereby authorise us to verify the details given and to seek references as required, including a banker’s reference and a credit check.

By checking this box, you understand that a holding deposit will be taken upon application which is equivalent to one weeks rent. Assuming the rental proceeds, this will be refunded to you or deducted from the advanced rent before occupation. The holding deposit will however be withheld if any relevant person (including any guarantor(s) withdraw from the tenancy, fail a Right-to-Rent check, provide materially significant false or misleading information, or fail to sign their tenancy agreement (and / or Deed of Guarantee) within 15 calendar days(or other Deadline for Agreement as mutually agreed in writing).
